1. Who we are

2. What data we collect

Straw Tracker collects only the data you enter to use the app:

• Account information — your email address and display name, used to sign you in and identify you to your team.
• Farm inventory data — straw pile locations (GPS coordinates), bale counts, weights, bale dates, straw types, and notes that you choose to record.
• Movement records — dates, bale quantities, purpose, and moisture readings you log against a pile.
• Client records — names, phone numbers, and email addresses of clients you add to the app.
• Device location — your current GPS location is used only to centre the map and help you drop pins. It is never stored or transmitted on its own.

3. How we store your data

All data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore and Firebase Authentication), a cloud platform operated by Google LLC. Data is stored in Google's European data centres and is subject to Google's security and compliance standards.

Firebase Authentication stores your email address and a hashed password. Firestore stores all farm and inventory data. No data is stored solely on your device.

4. Who can access your data

• Your team — all signed-in users on your farm's account can view piles, movements, and clients. Users with Admin role can also create and edit records.
• Us — as the app operator, we have administrative access to the Firebase project for maintenance and support purposes only.
• Google — as the infrastructure provider, Google processes data in accordance with their Firebase Privacy Policy.
• No one else — we do not sell, share, or disclose your data to any other third parties.

5. How we use your data

Your data is used solely to provide the features of Straw Tracker:

• Authenticating you and your team members
• Displaying and syncing pile inventory across devices
• Tracking movements and moisture readings
• Associating records with clients

We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the app.

6. Data retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account exists. If you wish to have your account and all associated data deleted, contact us at christianfrandsen2812@gmail.com and we will remove it within 30 days.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Object to processing of your data

8. Children's privacy

Straw Tracker is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
